Menopause set my mom on a path she never recovered from.
Her body changed, and with it came weight she couldn’t lose, exhaustion she couldn’t shake, blood sugar and blood pressure that kept climbing. She did everything her doctors told her. Took the meds. Followed the advice. But no one ever asked why her body was changing in the first place.
